Glenn is a sculptor because he is a metalworker with a ‘thing’ for his medium. He was a young fitter and turner before going to Art school. Glenn found himself drawn to sculpture because he could speak its language. Glenn knew its strengths and weaknesses, its history, uses and its wonderful potential.

Glenn's sculpture reflects his need for play, for exploration and for labour.
